The one day training on Project Management runs from 9.30am until 4.45pm.in the National Library of Ireland.

The broad structure of the day is given below;

  • Anticipating Difficulties

  • Gantt Charts
  • Scheduling/ Budgeting

5. Monitoring & Evaluating

  • The Four Pillars
  • Reporting methods
  • Troubleshooting

Please note that there are a limited number of places available on the course (14), therefore each Library should limit their number of applicants.

Each participant will also receive a project management reference handbook.

Lunch will be provided in the Library’s café.
