Description: This course is aimed at assisting participants in gaining understanding of and dealing with change processes and the resistances that may arise when significant change initiatives are being introduced within library environments. A range of learning methodologies, including case studies and small group work, will be used during the programme in order to create a positive learning environment where participants can openly discuss and explore change issues.
