Better slides and screen shots
Angle of projector could be higher
List of delegates would have been useful
Flickering lights
Turn off air conditioning
More handouts – better AV equipment
Perhaps presentations could be available in the conference pack – difficult to read presentations at the back
A little more audience participation
More on what library staff can do to make the process work for them in so far as possible
Would love to have some reading suggestions (short books) on preparing organizing a small survey – paper based – specific objectives to do with use of library materials.
Perhaps there was too wide a range of library types represented. The needs of smaller libraries were not really concentrated on.

Copyright issues
Information literacy
Transparent views of how academic institutes differ in their day to day running
Web opac customization
Courses on specific topics relevant to the sector (I’m unclear which sector, possibly medical - HF)
Staff development
Performance measurement/staff evaluation/appraisals
Continue what you are doing – relevant and practical courses
Management skills training

Liked contrast of content, approaches and delivery
Practical aspects including quality review template & pros and cons of software and survey design really useful
Day was very well organized and very worthwhile
Publish/make available delegates responses to the day i.e. results from discussion
Worth running every two years
Excellent – presenters very enthusiastic and friendly
Covered a lot of useful ground in a very short time – an effective use of time and excellent value for money
I enjoyed the course and found the parts not directly relevant to me still very interesting and educational
Very instructive, practical and useful in giving an excellent flavour on the issues involved in quality measures
Good to have papers on ANLTC website
