·        Selecting the supplier/Evaluation of bids (2)

·        Too much of the morning session spent on definitions

4.      Have you any other suggestions for improvements to the course?

 

·        The discussion sessions could have benefited from being a bit longer.

·        Some practical examples of service level agreements in various areas

·        More practical approach/examples of the information audit

·        Case based material.  More examples of successful/unsuccessful projects

·        The course would have been better if more tailored specifically to the Irish academic libraries scene

·        More in-depth analysis about how you would go about outsourcing

·        Morning coffee break at 11.30 was a bit late.

·        List of participants

·        The use of name tags

·        Acoustics of the room could be improved.  Difficult to hear at times particularly questions from participants (3)
